Section 453D.948 - Authorized communications to hearing officerA party to a hearing shall not communicate either directly or indirectly with the hearing officer about any issue of fact or law related to the case unless the communication:
1. Is part of a pleading, motion or other document that is properly filed and served on all parties; or2. Occurs while all parties are present or occurs during a meeting or hearing for which all parties have been given proper notice, whether or not all parties are present at that meeting or hearing.Nev.
