Section 453D.900 - Grounds for disciplinary action1. A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is grounds for disciplinary action by the Department, including, without limitation, immediate revocation of a license for a marijuana establishment pursuant to NRS 453D.200.2. A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is grounds for disciplinary action by the Department, including, without limitation, immediate revocation of a marijuana establishment agent registration card.Nev.
