Section 453A.560 - Methods for handling marijuana products1. A medical marijuana establishment agent engaged in the extraction of concentrated cannabis or production of edible marijuana products or marijuana-infused products shall not have contact with exposed, finished marijuana products with his or her bare hands and shall use suitable utensils, including, without limitation, deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves or dispensing equipment when handling exposed, finished concentrated cannabis, edible marijuana products or marijuana-infused products.2. A medical marijuana establishment agent engaged in the extraction of concentrated cannabis or production of edible marijuana products or marijuana-infused products shall minimize bare hand and arm contact with exposed marijuana products that are not in a finished form.Nev.
