"Multiple-serving edible marijuana product" means an edible marijuana product which is offered for sale to a consumer and contains, within a variance of 15 percent, more than 10 milligrams and not more than 100 milligrams of THC. The term includes an edible marijuana product which contains multiple pieces, each of which contains 10 milligrams or less of THC, if the edible marijuana product offered for sale contains a total of more than 10 milligrams of THC.
