Section 453A.Sec. 244 - NEW

The provisions of sections 23 to 246, inclusive shall be deemed to apply to the extent specified in any agreement with a tribal government in this State entered into pursuant to section 1 of Senate Bill No. 375, chapter 305, Statutes of Nevada 2017, at page 1617 (NRS 223.250 ).
