Section 453A.Sec. 239 - NEW1. A marijuana establishment: (a) May only promote marijuana or a marijuana product through marketing the marijuana testing facility results on the label of the marijuana or marijuana product; and(b) Must not use a marijuana testing facility or other laboratory to promote any other attributes of marijuana or a marijuana product.2. The provisions of this chapter governing labeling and testing of marijuana and marijuana products apply to all marijuana and marijuana products, including, without limitation, pre-rolls.Nev. Admin.
