Section 453A.Sec. 220 - NEWEach marijuana cultivation facility, marijuana product manufacturing facility and retail marijuana store shall:
1. Use for labeling all marijuana and marijuana products the standard label described in sections 222 to 226, inclusive of this regulation;2. Exercise strict control over labeling materials issued for use in labeling operations for marijuana and marijuana products;3. Carefully examine labeling materials issued for a batch for identity and conformity to the labeling specified in the applicable production or control records; and4. Have and follow written procedures describing in sufficient detail the control procedures employed for the issuance of labeling.Nev. Admin. Code § 453A.Sec. 220
