Section 453A.Sec. 213 - NEW1. A marijuana cultivation facility or a marijuana product manufacturing facility may transport marijuana or marijuana products to or from a marijuana cultivation facility, a marijuana product manufacturing facility or a marijuana testing facility.2. A marijuana testing facility or a retail marijuana store may transport marijuana or marijuana products to or from a marijuana testing facility for testing.3. The requirements of section 211 for a marijuana distributor apply to a marijuana establishment that transports marijuana or marijuana products pursuant to this section without using a marijuana distributor.Nev.
