Section 453A.Sec. 207 - NEW1. Each marijuana testing facility must agree to become accredited pursuant to standard ISO/IEC 17025 of the International Organization for Standardization within 1 year after licensure.2. Each marijuana testing facility that claims to be accredited must provide the Department with copies of each annual inspection report from the accrediting organization, including, without limitation, any deficiencies identified in and any corrections made in response to the report.3.
