Section 453A.Sec. 163 - NEW1. Each marijuana product manufacturing facility shall ensure that it obtains nonmarijuana ingredients for marijuana products from sources that comply with the requirements of federal and state law and regulations and are approved by the Department, including, without limitation, commercial and retail businesses.2.
