Section 453A.678 - Collection and testing of random samples from medical marijuana establishments for comparison with results reported by testing laboratories1. At the request of the Department of Taxation, the State Department of Agriculture may collect and test random samples from medical marijuana establishments and compare the results of its testing to the results reported by independent testing laboratories.2. A medical marijuana establishment shall provide samples to the State Department of Agriculture upon request if the State Department of Agriculture conducts testing pursuant to subsection 1.Nev.
