Section 453A.666 - Independent Laboratory Advisory Committee: Establishment; duties1. The Division will establish an Independent Laboratory Advisory Committee comprised of members which ensure that the membership of the Advisory Committee is representative of the independent testing laboratories and other medical marijuana establishments in this State.2. The Advisory Committee shall: (a) Provide recommendations to the Division regarding the testing of medical marijuana; and(b) Make recommendations to the Division for any changes to this chapter relating to the testing of medical marijuana.Nev.
