Section 453A.454 - Recognition of nonresident cards

Each medical marijuana dispensary which recognizes a nonresident card pursuant to NRS 453A.364 shall, in addition to the requirements of NAC 453A.452, enter the information it obtains concerning the nonresident card pursuant to NRS 453A.364 in the electronic verification system.
