Section 453A.338 - Registration cards: Electronic submission of applications

An applicant submitting an application for a medical marijuana establishment agent registration card pursuant to NRS 453A.332 or renewing, amending, changing or replacing a medical marijuana establishment agent registration card shall submit the application electronically in the format prescribed by the Division.
