Section 453A.308 - Requirements for measuring distance between proposed establishment and school or community facility

For the purposes of sub-subparagraph (II) of subparagraph (2) of paragraph (a) of subsection 3 of NRS 453A.322, the distance must be measured from the front door of the proposed medical marijuana establishment to the closest point of the property line of a school or community facility.
