Section 453A.616 - Maintenance of buildings in good state of repair

Each cultivation facility, facility for the production of edible marijuana products or marijuana-infused products and medical marijuana dispensary shall ensure that any building used to manufacture, process, package or hold marijuana or marijuana products is maintained in a good state of repair.
