Section 453A.0748 - "Proficiency testing sample" defined

"Proficiency testing sample" means a sample, the composition of which is unknown to the independent testing laboratory, provided to an independent testing laboratory to test whether the independent testing laboratory can produce analytical results within certain criteria.
