Section 450B.786 - "Center for the treatment of trauma" defined

"Center for the treatment of trauma" means a hospital licensed in this State which has been designated as a level I, II or III center by the Administrator of the Division, pursuant to the provisions of NAC 450B.780 to 450B.875, inclusive.
