Section 450B.310 - Licensing of attendants required

Unless exempted by subsection 6 of NRS NRS 450B.160 or NRS NRS NRS 450B.830, no person may act in the capacity of an attendant of a service or unless the person possesses a currently valid card evidencing that he or she holds a license issued by the Division and authorizing him or her to act in that capacity.
