Section 450B.382 - Expiration; renewal1. An endorsement as a critical care paramedic in emergency medical services expires on the date of expiration appearing on the certificate of the paramedic who receives the endorsement. 2. The endorsement is renewable if the holder of the endorsement verifies participation as a critical care paramedic for at least 48 hours of emergency medical training beyond the scope of practice of a paramedic equivalent to the national standard set forth by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of the United States Department of Transportation for a critical care paramedic or an equivalent standard approved by the Administrator of the Division.Nev.
