Section 450B.574 - Unit used to provide emergency care at scene of emergency without transporting patients: Required personnel

A unit used by a service in any configuration to provide emergency care at the scene of an emergency without transporting a patient, when in operation as such, must have at least one attendant licensed at the level for which the service holds a permit.
