Section 449.9755 - Investigation of applicant and inspection of facility

After it receives a properly completed application, proof of the identity of the applicant that is acceptable to the Division and the appropriate fee, the Division shall conduct an investigation of the applicant and inspect the facility of the proposed ambulatory surgical center.
