Section 449.9795 - Duties of governing bodyThe governing body shall:
1. Adopt a set of rules which include provisions concerning: (a) The criteria by which the members and officers of the governing body are selected, their terms of office and their duties;(b) The frequency of its meetings; and(c) The annual revision and approval of the rules by the governing body.2. Arrange for minutes of its meetings to be taken to record the business conducted. These minutes must be available to all members.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.9795
