Section 449.Sec. 9 - NEW

In addition to the statement prescribed by paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NRS 449.101, a facility shall post prominently in the facility and include on any Internet website to market the facility:

1. Notice that a patient or resident who has experienced prohibited discrimination may file a complaint with the Division; and

2. The contact information for the Division.
