Section 449.Sec. 19.1 - NEW

For the purposes of NRS 449.198, as amended by section 29.5 of Assembly Bill No. 287, chapter 517, Statutes of Nevada 2021, at page 3442, surgery does not include:

1. Episiotomy; or

2. Repair of lacerations sustained during the delivery of a newborn.
