Section 449.99756 - Specialized rehabilitative services1. A recovery center shall provide to a patient in the center, according to his or her plan of care developed pursuant to NAC 449.99738, specialized rehabilitative services, including, without limitation, physical therapy and occupational therapy. Such services must be provided by the recovery center or obtained from a qualified outside source pursuant to NAC 449.99754.2. Specialized rehabilitative services may be provided to a patient admitted to a recovery center only upon the written order of a physician.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.99756
