Section 449.99712 - Suspension, revocation or cancellation of license; provisional license

The Division may suspend or revoke a license issued pursuant to NAC 449.99702 to 449.99762, inclusive, or cancel such a license and issue a provisional license based upon any grounds for such action set forth in chapter 449 of NRS or NAC 449.002 to 449.99939, inclusive.
