Section 449.9974 - Provision of service or treatment

A recovery center shall provide to each patient admitted to the center any service or treatment that is:

1. Identified in the plan of care developed pursuant to NAC 449.99738; and

2. Necessary to ensure proper care while the person is admitted to the center.
