Section 449.421 - Suspension, revocation or cancellation of license; provisional license

The Division may suspend or revoke a license issued pursuant to NAC 449.410 to 449.4495, inclusive, or cancel such a license and issue a provisional license based upon any grounds for such action set forth in NAC 449.002 to 449.99939, inclusive, or chapter 449 of NRS.
