Section 449.419 - Personnel: Written policies required; evidence of licensure or certification and tuberculosis testing required1. A psychiatric residential treatment facility shall have written policies concerning the qualifications, responsibilities and conditions of employment for each type of personnel employed by the psychiatric residential treatment facility, including the licensure and certification of each employee when required by law.2. The written policies must provide for the orientation of all employees to the policies and objectives of the psychiatric residential treatment facility.3. The psychiatric residential treatment facility shall have evidence of a current license or certification on file at the psychiatric residential treatment facility for each person employed by the psychiatric residential treatment facility, or under contract with the psychiatric residential treatment facility, who is required to be licensed or certified by law to perform his or her job.4. The psychiatric residential treatment facility shall ensure that the health records of its employees contain documented evidence of surveillance and testing of those employees for tuberculosis in accordance with chapter 441A of NAC.Nev.
