Section 449.441 - Dietary services: Personnel1. A psychiatric residential treatment facility shall maintain an organized dietary service that is staffed by an adequate number of personnel. The dietary service must be integrated with the other departments, units and services within the psychiatric residential treatment facility.2. The psychiatric residential treatment facility shall ensure that the personnel who provide the dietary service are trained in basic techniques of food sanitation.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.441
