Section 449.436 - Dietary services: Facilities; standards; permitsA psychiatric residential treatment facility shall ensure that:
1. Adequate space for the preparation and service of food is provided;2. Adequate space is maintained to accommodate equipment, personnel and procedures necessary for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes and other utensils; and3. In providing for the preparation and serving of food, the facility: (a) Complies with the standards prescribed in chapter 446 of NRS and chapter 446 of NAC; and(b) Obtains the necessary permits from the Division.Nev.
