Section 449.430 - Prevention, control and investigation of infections and communicable diseasesA psychiatric residential treatment facility shall:
1. Provide a sanitary environment to avoid sources and transmission of infections and communicable diseases;2. Develop and carry out an active program for the prevention, control and investigation of infections and communicable diseases;3. Develop a system for identifying, reporting, investigating and controlling infections and communicable diseases of residents and personnel of the psychiatric residential treatment facility; and4. Maintain a record of incidents within the psychiatric residential treatment facility related to infections and communicable diseases.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.430
