Section 449.6127 - Notice of intent to deny application or revoke approval; hearing1. If the Division intends to deny an application for approval or to revoke its approval, it shall so advise the hospital affected in writing.2. The hospital may request a hearing on the proposed action of the Division. The hearing must be conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.Nev. Admin.
