Section 449.61242 - Maintenance of medical laboratory

An approved hospital shall maintain a medical laboratory which operates 24 hours a day. The laboratory must have sufficient equipment to:

1. Perform standard laboratory tests;

2. Make pH determinations; and

3. Analyze samples for blood-gas and electrolytes.
