Section 449.61206 - Notification of applicant upon review of application; site inspection required1. Within 10 days after it receives an application for approval from a hospital, the Division shall notify the hospital, in writing, whether the application is complete. If the application is incomplete, the Division shall inform the applicant which parts of the application are deficient. If the application is complete, the Division shall notify the applicant of the composition of the site inspection team, the date of the team's visit to the site and the scheduled date for the team to present its findings to the Division. The Division shall notify the applicant of any changes in this timetable as they occur.2. The application must not be approved by the Division until the findings of the site inspection team verify that the hospital complies with the requirements of NAC 449.612 to 449.61256, inclusive.Nev.
