Section 449.61164 - Written protocol for discharge of patientAn obstetric center shall establish written protocols for the discharge of a maternal patient from the obstetric center which must include, without limitation:
1. Instructions to the maternal patient regarding care and feeding of the newborn baby.2. Examination of the maternal patient and newborn baby after discharge from the obstetric center.3. Instructions regarding the availability of consultation services by telephone as needed or desired by the maternal patient.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.61164
