Section 449.9703 - Compliance with certain statutes and regulationsA parent facility or independent facility which is issued a license to operate a mobile unit shall ensure that the mobile unit is operated in compliance with:
1. Any applicable statute or regulation relating to the registration of the mobile unit as a motor vehicle and the licensing of each driver of the mobile unit;2. The applicable provisions of chapter 461 or 489 of NRS; and3. The applicable provisions of NRS 449.001 to 449.240, inclusive, and the standards and regulations adopted pursuant to those provisions.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.9703
