Section 449.97014 - "Parent facility" defined

"Parent facility" means a medical facility that is:

1. Specified in subsections 1 to 13, inclusive, of NRS 449.0151; and

2. Licensed pursuant to NRS 449.001 to 449.240, inclusive.
