Section 449.668 - Provisional licensesThe Division may issue a provisional license to a facility which:
1. Is in operation at the time of the adoption of new regulations, to provide a reasonable time, not to exceed 1 year from the effective date of the regulations, within which to comply with the new regulations; or2. Has failed to comply with NAC 449.614 to 449.743, inclusive, but which is in the process of making necessary changes or has agreed in writing to effect changes within a reasonable time specified by the Division, not to exceed 1 year.Nev.
