Section 449.657 - "Person with a developmental disability" defined

"Person with a developmental disability" means a person who has a condition manifested in childhood which is attributable to an intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy or other neurological conditions similar to or requiring treatment similar to that required by an intellectual disability.
