Section 449.629 - "Intermediate care facility as a distinct part of a health and care facility furnishing more than one level of care" defined1. "Intermediate care facility as a distinct part of a health and care facility furnishing more than one level of care" means an intermediate care facility which is an entire unit such as a clearly identifiable ward or contiguous wards, wing, floor or building consisting of all beds and related facilities in the unit and housing all intermediate care residents. It is clearly identified and is licensed by the Division as an intermediate care facility.2. The distinct part may share such central services and facilities as management services, dietary, maintenance and laundry with other units.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.629
