Section 449.698 - Fire inspections; hazardous conditions; operation of other business1. At the time of application for a license and at least annually, all facilities must be inspected by the fire or building authority having jurisdiction to ensure that fire and safety requirements are being met. The Division may request a fire inspection at any time it deems appropriate.2. No facility may be located where surrounding conditions may be hazardous to the physical or mental well-being of residents.3.
