Section 449.7344 - Areas for engineering and maintenance1. A room or separate building for boilers, mechanical equipment and electrical equipment must be provided.2. An area for an engineer's office and maintenance shop must be provided.3. A toilet and emergency shower must be provided in the engineering area.4.
