Section 449.39508 - "Guardian" interpreted

As used in subparagraph (2) of paragraph (a) of subsection 2 of NRS 449.4308, the Division will interpret the term "guardian" to include, without limitation, any person who is legally responsible for a person with a disability who suffers from a cognitive impairment.
