Section 449.39503 - "Intermediary service organization" defined1. "Intermediary service organization" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 449.4304.2. The term does not include an organized group of persons composed of the family and friends of a person needing personal assistance that employs or contracts with persons to provide such assistance if: (a) The organization of the group of persons is set forth in a written document that is made available for review by the Division upon request; and(b) The personal assistance is provided to only one person or to members of a family who reside at the same residence.Nev.
