Section 449.39518 - Personal assistants: Results of reports on criminal history

Upon receiving a report concerning any records of criminal history of a personal assistant from the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 449.4329, an intermediary service organization shall provide to the client who selected the personal assistant the results of the report on the criminal history of the personal assistant.
