Section 449.39515 - Operation of intermediary service organization and agency to provide personal care services in the home1. A person may operate an intermediary service organization and an agency to provide personal care services in the home if the person: (a) Maintains separate records and clients for the intermediary service organization and the agency to provide personal care services in the home; and(b) Distinguishes between the services to be provided by the intermediary service organization and the personal care services provided by the agency to provide personal care services in the home.2. As used in this section, "agency to provide personal care services in the home" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 449.0021.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.39515
