Section 449.39551 - Severity and scope of violations to be considered in determining sanctions to be imposed

In determining the sanctions to be imposed, the Division will consider the severity and scope of the violations according to the classifications of severity and scope described in NAC 449.39551 to 449.39555, inclusive.
