Section 449.39545 - Imposition of sanctions generally1. The Division will impose at least one administrative sanction against an intermediary service organization for each violation by the intermediary service organization with a severity level of four and for each violation with a severity and scope score of six or more as determined pursuant to the provisions of NAC 449.39551 to 449.39555, inclusive.2. The Division may impose sanctions if violations of a severity level of three or less or a severity and scope score of less than six are identified.3. The Division will minimize the time between identification of a violation and the imposition of a sanction for the violation.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.39545
